Refund policy
At Gabby Gleam, we want every client to feel confident in the quality of their clean. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please email us at GabbyGleam@gmail.com within 24 hours of your cleaning and include clear photos of the areas of concern.
Once your request and photos have been received, our team will review them and determine whether the areas qualify for a complimentary Re-Gleam visit. If approved, we will schedule a team to return and address the missed areas.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued unless Gabby Gleam has first been given the opportunity to complete a second cleaning.
